Our Royal Mail deliveries are on a signed for acceptance basis and will never be left without a signature. Orders are to be submitted before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day - stock depending. Upon completion of your order, we will send you an email and text confirmation (our texting service is primarily for 'Collect from RAM' orders). Please note, our DPD Express Delivery service is next business day (Monday - Friday, except Bank Holidays).



Each and every product for sale on this website is given a weight. That weight is based on the average of all products in its respective category. The weights of all the items in your basket are automatically totalled and linked to the Royal Mail postal charges. This is the cheapest way for packets weighing up to 1kg. Please note: The carriage price will continue to increase should the total weight exceed 1kg. At which stage it may pay to look at the other options.



This is a premium fixed rate service providing next day delivery on all packets. Please note: The delivery method is Next Day from dispatch. As we may take 1-3 days processing your order (stock depending), we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered to you the next day. 



We currently deliver to participating schools every Thursday (where applicable). It is usually best to have your child collect the order on the following Friday in the event that we are not able to deliver on time. Please type in the comments which school you would like the order to be sent to, please note that we will only send items to corresponding schools. You or your child must state your order number to the school staff to obtain your order. You must place an order before 12 noon on the Wednesday for delivery to the school the following Thursday (stock depending). The only participants at this moment are:

  • The Marches School, Oswestry
  • Sir John Talbot's School, Whitchurch
  • Maes-Y-Llan, Ruabon



Order and pay for your items online and we will inform you by email or text when it is ready for collection.

Please have your order number and proof of identity when collecting your order.



Should one of our vans be in your area earlier than the expected delivery time we may include your parcel in our schedule to be delivered by us, in which case the rate that you have accepted will remain the same.



We endeavour to dispatched all purchases within 1-3 days from the date of order. In the event that items on your order are out of stock, we may require a little more time. Please note that during our peak times demand can be very high and therefore delay in delivering items is sometimes out of our control, however, we will notify you of any delays by email.

Deliveries will be made to the precise delivery address supplied by you.



Full proof of purchase is required when returning an item - Exchanges require the order invoice/receipt and faulty goods require Proof of Purchase. Online orders returned via post without the corresponding invoice will not be refunded and will returned to sender.


We offer 14 days to refund your item(s) if you are not satisfied or the garments are unsuitable (exemptions apply). We will only refund made-to-order items that are deemed faulty, upon inspection (Made-to-order items will clearly state so in the products description). Goods that are not exempted from the refund policy are refundable for up to 14 days after purchase. Hygienic goods are exempt from the refund policy.  


In addition to this, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt to exchange it for a different size or colour (if we have the relevant size or colour available). Made-to-order items are excluded from this policy.

Important information:

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us at the address provided below. Please package items appropriately so as to avoid any damage and use a reputable postal service that will insure you for the value of the items. Refunds and exchanges can be made in-store or by posting the items to us. If an exchange is needed and you are posting the item back to us, we would have to charge you the return postage to send the replacement product back to you, this payment can be made by telephone.

Please insert your invoice in the return package and write what is to be returned and the reason for the return. You can always print off another invoice by going to My Account, then My Order History.
