This is the cheapest way for parcels weighing up to 2kg.
At which stage it may pay to look at the other options.

DPD Local - Next Day Delivery

This is a premium fixed rate service providing next day delivery on all parcels.
Please note: The delivery method is Next Day from dispatch.
As we may take 1-3 days processing your order (stock depending), we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered to you the next day under any circumstances.


Order and pay for your items online and we will inform you by email or text when it is ready for collection.
Please have your order number and proof of identity when collecting your order.
Social distance ruling applies.


Should one of our vans be in your area earlier than the expected delivery time we may include your parcel in our schedule to be delivered by us, in which case the rate that you have accepted will remain the same.


We endeavour to dispatched all purchases within 24 hours from the time ordered.
In the event that items on your order are out of stock, we may require a little more time.
Please note that during our peak times demand can be very high and therefore delay in delivering items is sometimes out of our control, however, we will notify you of any delays by email.
Deliveries will be made to the precise delivery address supplied by you.


To return any item will cost you £3.25
In all events full proof of purchase is required when returning an item.
Online orders returned via post without the corresponding invoice/receipt will be returned to the sender at cost or can be collected from our Wrexham shop for free.
To arrange a Royal Mail return, simply follow the steps below:

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt to exchange for an alternative product.
Exchanges require a copy of the order invoice/receipt to be included in the package.
Made-to-order items are excluded from this policy and as such are non-returnable.
The returned item must be unworn, unaltered and in a re-saleable condition, items that fail to reach this criterion will be returned to the sender at cost or can be collected from our Wrexham shop for free.
The cost of the returned item for exchange will be refunded to your account minus the £3.25 return postage cost.
You can then purchase the correct item online in the usual manor.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us at the address provided below.
Please package items appropriately so as to avoid any damage and use a reputable postal service that will insure you for the value of the items.
Refunds and exchanges can be made in-store or by posting the items to us.
If an exchange is needed and you are posting the item back to us, we would have to charge you the return postage to send the replacement product back to you, this payment can be made by telephone.

Please insert your invoice in the return package and write what is to be returned and the reason for the return.
