Click & Collect explained

Our Click & Collect service provides parents and guardians with a convenient way to order school clothing online and collect it from our factory shop.
During our busiest periods, particularly in the weeks leading up to the start of a new school term, our Click & Collect department processes several thousand orders.
These orders require a considerable amount of storage space while they are awaiting collection.
We appreciate that customers may not always be able to collect their order immediately.
However, some orders remain uncollected for extended periods, including while customers are away on holiday.
Although we understand the reasons for this, storing orders for long periods can create significant difficulties within our limited storage facilities and may affect our ability to process and organise other customers’ orders efficiently.

Seven-Day Collection Period

Customers are therefore asked to collect their order within seven days of receiving confirmation that it is ready for collection.
Orders that have not been collected within this period may be cancelled and refunded, and the items returned to stock for resale.
Where possible, we recommend waiting until you are available to collect your order before placing it.
This is particularly important if you are planning a holiday or expect to be away from the area.

Need a Little Longer?

We recognise that exceptional circumstances can sometimes make collection within seven days difficult.
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your collection notification.
Although we cannot guarantee that an order can be held for longer, we will always try to assist where our available storage space allows.
